Registration is CLOSED!

Registration is required for our 1st Annual Prom Dress Boutique Day in NYC. Our Registration form is currently open (see below).  You must select a time slot.  Space will be limited. 

Only One Student per registration.  Please select only one time slot.  If we must assign you a new time slot you will be notified.

This year's event will be held on May 5th from 10am-4pm.

PAY IT FORWARD!  We believe that in life you get what you give.  Therefore, we are asking you to Pay It Forward.  In exchange for a Free Dress for Prom, we would like all students who register to bring non-perishable food item(s) to donate to a local Food Bank!
